More rant because the fandom pisses me off.

People call Muzan dumb for killing Kie Kamado (Tanjiro's mom) because she knows where the Blue Spider Lily is but to be fair, how would he know that she knows? Can't the fandom just use their brains for once?

How would he know that Kie knows where the flowers are?

We all know for a fact that other humans don't even know the existence of those flowers (except for his doctor and Kie). He probably tried the nice approach in the past and asked around but soon realized it was just useless because no one knew about it.

If I were him, I would've also lost hope and stopped asking. Plus, he doesn't even know her personally. And since he doesn't know she knew about the flowers, what makes you think he's gonna go and befriend her?

He wouldn't befriend people for the sake of it other than blending in, and Kie is just some woman living in the mountains with her family.

Muzan most likely befriends the rich ones or important figures/workers instead of some random commoner living in the mountains because other than blending in, it also benefits him, thus meaning he wouldn't see Kie and her family anything more than food or more people to turn to demons.

I know why muzan was never able to find the blue spider lily.

All the manga readers know as well!!

It's because the blue spider lily blooms only during the day!

And do you recall what is there during the day?

The sun!!

Which means even if he was still alive, he still wouldn't even be able to find it, as it only blooms a couple times a year only during the day!!

I was just watching Harry Potter for like the 100 th time (part 7 ) and then suddenly I just had a thought of horcruxes,

Basically horcruxes are the objects where like a person has hidden a part of their soul. so

Muzan = Voldemort , I think

And the 12 kizuki might be the horcruxes as like you know once you kill the 12 you might be able to kill muzan, and also like it makes sense

+ like Muzan was searching for the Blue spider lily, just like Voldemort was searching for like the deathly Hallows , elder wand. idk why this relates sooooo much.

He wanted to get the blue spider lily in the anime and manga in real life the blue spider lily does not exist instead, there is a red spider lily

They both have meanings the blue spider lily means represents truth and calm energy. It is also associated with stability in life, freedom to do something, and inspiration (life)

And the Red spider lily means death Because red spider lilies are associated with death, it is believed that one should never give a bouquet of these flowers. Some legends have it that if you see someone whom you may never meet again, these flowers will bloom along the paths you take

In another anime The promised never land, there are red spider lilys

So yeah you might know this :D

It is shown that Kie Kamado, Tanjiro's Mom, knew when the blue spider lily bloomed, and she even showed Tanjiro when he was younger. If muzan hadn't killed her, he could have become immune to sunlight.

But the plot armor is too powerful

I found something interesting about the Blue Spider Lily: it originated in China with the other members of its genus (red spider lily, white spider lily, etc). I got this information straight from the KnY Chinese Wiki.

Red and Blue are polar opposites in the KnY universe. While the red one is associated with doom and final goodbyes, the blue one is associated with salvation and immortality. The red one is entirely poisonous, while the blue one is a miracle cure. So my question is: What would happen if someone acquired both of them, and crossed them? (spider lilies can be crossed with each other; The pink spider lily is a cross between a red one and a white one)

If the result of crossing a red one with a blue one is a Purple Spider Lily, I can think of two possible effects if someone would ingest it:

1. You become a higher form of existence.

2. The blue one nullifies the red one's poison, and nothing happens.

What are your thoughts?

So, everyone knows that Muzan was born a demon and he couldn't go outside and in the rays of the sun, so he went to the doctor to find a cure but he killed the doctor, the doctor recommended the "Blue Spider Lily" but for ages he searched and couldn't find the flower, that's why he made demon as subordinates to find that flower, but I remember seeing a pic of Tanjiro and Nezuko (kid version) while reading the manga, so what if the flowers were the blue spider lily or, what if there was no Blue Spider Lily from the beginning, as we have seen the pictures of the red flower lily since the beginning in the opening as well as at the end of the episode, so what if Muzan found that flower and as we know he is very good at chemistry so there is a possible way to find a genre of that flower, as the flower species in real life also have many types of flower families, and also in that pic it shows Tanjiro also eating the Spider lily flower, and possibly due to that Nezuko had the ability to walk in the sun, so wouldn't Tanjiro's blood be as valuable to Muzan, as it is shown that Muzan wanted to find Nezuko to absorb her and gain control of the sun, so probably all this time Tanjiro has been litterally bleeding while fighting and (if) Muzan had the chance, he could've just collect that (if that was possible).

Even though it would be kinda unlikely to see Muzan straight-forwardly going to Tanjiro for battle, his only chance to meet him is while he is disguised as someone.

As Muzan didn't know about this and he was unaware of Nezuko's situation before Hantengu told him, he could've already sent subordinates to check about that.

If this was true then why has it only been uta's grave why not any other grave. Now that I think about it, Muzan probably wouldn't go near a single grave due to his fear of death and he would probably see it as a waste of time
