Kanata Ubuyashiki (産 (うぶ) 屋 (や) 敷 (しき) かなた, Ubuyashiki Kanata^?) is the youngest daughter of Kagaya Ubuyashiki. She currently serves her older brother, the current head of the Ubuyashiki Household, Kiriya Ubuyashiki.

Appearance

Kanata has pale, light skin and a set of large, dark eyes. Her hair is shaped into a blunt white bob haircut similar to the rest of her siblings. During the Final Selection test, she wore a purple, flower-patterned kimono and a green obi. She adorns an elongated wisteria headpiece on the right side of her head as opposed to the left side like her borther.

Personality

During her first appearance in the Final Selection exam,Kanata displays herself to be professional,intelligent and focused in her given task of explaining the proper details regarding the exam,having also displayed a degree of emotional aloofness at also explaining the fatal consequences of the exam and the likely chances that not even half of the gathered trainee's would survive the test.

This cool headed aloof attitude is also displayed later to the exams ending,as seen when despite being manhandled and threaten by Genya,Kanata still did not display any form of emotion.

Abilities

• Photographic Memory - Later in the Demon Slayer Corps successful infiltration of the Dimensional Infinite fortress of the Twelve Demon Moons,Kanata displayed immense skill in memorization and map making,having successfully memorized and mapped out the Fortresses ever changing structure and successfully guided,tracked and planned out the routes and locations of every single Demon Slayer & Pillar within the fortress and provided logistical support to them along with her brother and sister.

Trivia

• She is first named in Chapter 144.
  • However, her headpiece was initially obscured which made identification impossible until Chapter 147.
    • Though mistakenly drawn on her left side, its shape confirms her identity to be the same as the Final Selection examiner since her only other surviving sister has a shorter headpiece.
