The book contains a fold-out poster and over 150 pages of illustrations related to the manga and was followed by the anime artbook Kimetsu no Yaiba Animation Illustration Book 1.

Overview

The art book is divided into seven parts:

1. Color chapter: fifty pages of full-color character artwork.
2. Cover picture chapter: each of the Kimetsu no Yaiba illustrations that appeared on the cover of Weekly Shonen Jump.
3. Manga chapter: five pages of colored manga panels and two pages of Tanjiro Kamado icons.
4. "Books, et cetera": character artwork from the cover of the manga volumes, spinoff novels, and fanbooks, as well as bonus sketches, icons, shikishi boards, and other drawings.
5. Art book exclusive works, character illustrations not previously released.
6. "Memories": a timeline of the series' release and commemorates each milestone achieved by the manga.
7. A two-page afterword with a message and final illustration from Gotoge.

Trivia

• The title of the art book, Ikuseiso, comes from the names of the final chapter and final volume of the series.
