Tanjiro's Status Report (炭治郎 (たんじろう) の近況 (きんきょう) 報告書 (ほうこくしょ) , Tanjirō Kinkyō hōkoku-sho^?) is a one-shot about Tanjiro Kamado and his friends, that was written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotoge. It was published for the first time into the series' 2nd Fanbook. The story takes place after the events in Chapter 204.

Summary

Tanjiro focuses on everything that has been happening after the battle with Muzan. Here are the many things that Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Nezuko, and more have been up to:

• Tanjiro and Inosuke get water before dawn.
• Nezuko makes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Zenitsu always sleeps late, but is the first at the breakfast table.
• Zenitsu does the dishes to avoid being kicked out by Tanjiro.
• Kiriya gave Tanjiro and his friends a "jaw dropping" amount of money, which he sent back, but it returned with even more money.
• Tanjiro and his friends no longer have the same amount of energy.
• Tanjiro and Nezuko still sell charcoal, and get many customers.
• Urokodaki and his friends visit Tanjiro often.
• Giyu starts to respond to Tanjiro's letters in a positive way.
• Tanjiro continues to write to Sanemi, but learns that Sanemi doesn't know how to write.
• Sanemi leaves Tanjiro a box of food in return for his kind letters.
• Tanjiro and his friends get regular check-ups from Kanao, who writes to Yushiro whenever she needs help.
• Inosuke has grown attached to Nezuko.
• Zenitsu grows angry when he see's Inosuke with Nezuko, and starts complaining that his feet hurt.
• Zenitsu forces Tanjiro to read his biography, that has been altered to give Zenitsu better light.
• Tanjiro tells Zenitsu if he wants Nezuko to love him, he needs to be more serious.
• Zenitsu woke up early and didn't say a single complaint for the entire day, making Nezuko believe that Zenitsu is sick.
• Zenitsu confesses his love to Nezuko, screaming it so loud Nezuko becomes temporarily deaf.
• Tanjiro hopes the peaceful days would last forever, and he wonders if Zenitsu and Nezuko would get married, concluding the story.
