Synopsis[]
In Taisho-era Japan, kindhearted Tanjiro Kamado makes a living selling charcoal. But his peaceful life is shattered when a demon slaughters his entire family. His little sister Nezuko is the only survivor, but she has been transformed into a demon herself! Tanjiro sets out on a dangerous journey to find a way to return his sister to normal and destroy the demon who ruined his life.
Tanjiro's sword is still not ready. The swordsmith Haganezuka tries to concentrate on finishing while Tanjiro and his friends engage the two upper-rank demons, Hantengu and Gyokko, in a ferocious battle. Hantengu continues to create different forms to attack the Demon Slayers. Meanwhile, the Mist Hashira Tokito regains his memories of the past and confronts Gyokko, but what will these memories reveal?

- When Mitsuri puts her sword back into its scabbard, she bends it back and rolls it up like this. Mitsuri laughs "Mwahaha... Hehehe... Hahaha..." and tries to sound threatening by says "Poisonous potato~!"
- Jump Illustrations:
- Shueisha New Year greeting postcard 2019 featuring Tanjiro wearing a boar costume and Inosuke wearing sendaihira hakama.
- New Year's bonus illustration delivered for all applicants featuring Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Zenitsu dressing up as boars along with Inosuke (who already has a boar mask) celebrating New Year 2019 with the title "Happy New Year 2019 Headlong Rush, Everyone! Kimetsu no Yaiba Koyoharu Gotoge".

- Hotaru was so horrible to deal with that his parents had a mental breakdown and so they entrusted Tecchin to raise him. The image shows the village chief Tecchin's real face and Hotaru when he was 2 years old getting wild as he throws a tantrum.
- The image shows Kozo's true slender face and his wife who has a very soft neck, En. Kozo Kanamori is 26 years old and En Kanamori is 24 years old.
- The image shows En's face five years ago. They're such a close couple that they even look like each other. A happily married couple. En has a very soft neck, while Kozo falls in love at first sight with hearts floating beside him when he meets her.
- Cat Mitsuri says "I'm mad! Meow!" and makes the sound "Graaar". Cat Nezuko with fish in her mouth makes the sound "Grrmmph", while her paws make the sound "Swiff swiff".
- In Volume Cover Sketch, Muichiro says to Mitsuri "I could see it from the gap" and "You're gonna catch a cold. Isn't it chilly?". While Mitsuri flustered says "Eh!?", "This is", "Well, you know", and "No".
Trivia[]
- Chapter 124 is titled "Get it Together, Moron!" on the chapter cover, however, the volume's table of contents titles it "Get Your Act Together, Moron!".
