Yoriichi Tsugikuni was a member of the Demon Slaying Corps during the Sengoku Era. He was the young twin brother of Michikatsu Tsugikuni, who is now known as the demon Kokushibo .

Abilities and Powers

He is arguably the strongest Demon Slayer and swordsman in the entire history of Kimtesu no Yaiba's Japan given that he was the one who cornered Muzan and had him on the verge of death before he managed escaped. Even on the verge of death, He manage to gain upper hand and overpower his older twin brother Kokushibou current Upper moon 1 in their short battle. 

Breath of the Sun (月 (つき) の呼 (こ) 吸 (きゅう) , Taiyo no Kokyū^?)

None of the techniques of the Breath of the Sun have been directly shown. However, Yoriichi in his old age is shown to have used it in his battle against Kokushibo 400 years prior to the present time of the story.

• He is the twin brother of the Moon Breath User who is currently Upper Moon One, Kokushibo .
• Kokushibo is one of the original Breath of the Sun users, the propagators of all the breath styles in the Demon Slayer world.
